At Lava Tiki Coffee and Trading LLC, we take pride in roasting and delivering high-quality coffee. Because our products are fresh, roasted-to-order, and perishable, we have the following refund policy:

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final.

We do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee bags.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There is a verified quality issue

  • Your package was lost in transit

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review.

Merchandise (Non-Food Items)

Unopened and unused merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
