Order Processing

All coffee orders are roasted and prepared with care.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

  • Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 12 PM HST] will be processed the next business day

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • HawaiÊ»i: 2–5 business days

  • U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days

  • Alaska & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delayed

  • Lost

  • Misdelivered

due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your coffee arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email    LavaTikiCoffee@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the package and product

We will review and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • HawaiÊ»i

  • Alaska

We do currently ship internationally.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holiday volume

  • Incorrect addresses
